It's classist, at least.
It may even be indicative of racism against nonwhites. "White trash" kinda implies that trash normally isn't white or that white people are held to a different standard.
If the term "trash" is classist, and it is common to add "white" too it, then there seems to be some attack against white people of low class.. Like white people aren't supposed to act like that; white people are supposed to be above that.
Just musing. I really don't know. Don't attack me haha
