Sure have. I think you roll them on a specific surface or mat. Or there is a device you use them in. Don't remember the details.

Also seen dice with a variety of sides, from d4 to d100.

I have a d100 that looks like the ball of Epcot Center. It has sand in it so it eventually stops rolling, but it doesn't work very well. It's cool, but I'd rather roll two d10s.

Nice! I knew someone who had a fancy d100. Kept it in its nice lined cased and wouldn't use it for fear of scratches. Two d10's it was.
