Do you take any vitamins or supplements daily?
My doctor prescribed vitamin D supplements to be taken every day as I have a deficiency which has caused other weird problems. I used to have to take iron because I was anemic, but that finally fixed itself after some health problems and surgeries caused the problem to start with.
Multi, potassium gluconate, fish oil, probiotics.
They are a waste of money and in some cases could be harmful. www.heart.org/HEARTORG/Conditions/Vitamin-Supplements-Healthy-or-Hoax_UCM_432104_Article.jsp#mainContent
Never had the need
I take my antianxiety med, a multivitamin, and magnesium every morning.
I take a vitamin C supplement in the winter months, to combat cold and flu. This winter has been weird though
C supplements do more harm than good in the long run. As long as you're taking it consistently, you're fine. But your body becomes dependent on it, so as soon as you stop taking it, your immune system will be pretty weak until it re-acclimates.
Oh that's not good. Thanks for the info!
