Would you rather be buried or cremated after you die?
well, my friends do call me the "girl on fire".
I have a vivid imagination that I'd be reincarnated, so I'd be buried. But in reality, that's not going to happen (how do we know though?) I'm thinking of being donated maybe. I don't know
Burial, but I'd prefer it outside of a cemetery and in a forest where my body can decompose naturally and return to the circle of life.
You can do whatever you want with the body, I don't care.
Ashes to Ashes.
Just speeding up the Process.
Neither, I'm donating my body to science. Although typical procedure for most facilities is cremate whatever remains went unused and return to the family. I'd hope they use all of me though honestly.
You're gross and retarded
Vape in my pu$$1 m8.
I didn't know helping the advancement of science was "gross and retarded."
Blast me off into space ;)
Cremate me and then bury me in my urn. That's actually a pretty common thing to do now. My family bought a plot and put a bench on it. You can be cremated and put inside the bench or there's an option to have people buried underneath the bench as well.
Cremated, that way there is no chance of me waking up in a coffin buried in the ground
Assuming it's an airtight coffin you'd be dead before they even get you in the ground. 😂😂🙃
This made me think. At first i thought casket now I'm not so sure
Something about being in a box underground creeps me out...
I honestly couldn't care less. I won't be there to see so do whatever you want with a dead body.
I've already explained to my wife to cremate me and then wear the urn around her neck.
I want to be buried in the ground but not in a casket. That is a horrible way to spend the after life. Preserved like a doll and slowly rotting in the most unnatural of ways. I want my body to be buried directly into the ground so that all of me can be given back to the earth completely. I want to be one with the earth so that my flesh and bones and, hence, my energy can be used and transferred into something else. One with other nature my spirt and soul will sing when the wind blows through the trees.
I read somewhere they do have some burial options that involve being "planted" beneath a tree and any family or friends that visit your tree can eat it's fruit (made from your nutrients) and carve stuff in the bark and whatever. It's cool from both a naturalist perspective and a pseudo-cannibalistic perspective.
Too bad that's not legal or I'd pick that to. Even better to leave your body partly burned and let the birds eat you so you can be pooped out all over the place as compost while awaiting the return trip in a shiny new shell.
Cremated..packed into fireworks, and exploded on special occasions. Closest I'll get to be rocketed into space.
I want to be buried on Mercury! Why? I would be cremated after five minutes on that planet.
I'd rather be cremated. After that, it's up to my family as to what to do with the ashes. Cremation is cheaper, and why do I need a fancy casket buried in the ground?
I don't know if I can handle all that heat so put me in that casket
Who cares? I'm dead.
One of those planter urns that uses your ashes as fuel for a tree to grow.
We're being cremated.
I'll never die
I could still be made into a clone army if buried.
I have no idea. Don't want to think that far ahead yet since I'm only in high school.
Where's the option for donate my corpse to science so it can be useful?
Carry by 6 and bury under 6...
Buried in my family cemetery.
Now, while I'm still breathing, being cremated seems like the only rational choice (assuming there's a body to deal with). Later, after I'm dead, I'm confident I won't care in the least. So whatever whoever is cleaning up after me wants to do with the carcass is fine. My suggestion has always been to harvest whatever parts you can use, toast the rest, and dump the ashes somewhere appropriate.
When I die, I want to be spread at Disneyland. Oh, and I don't want to be cremated.
A casket is a waste of both resources and your family's money.
Neither. I don't want to be in an urn or rot underground. Spread my ashes over a waterfall or something peaceful.
I'll be put on a pyre with all my belongings and the ashes will be burried.
Burn me and urn me.
Actually no, I want to be made into a diamond.
Just toss it naked into the ground and plant a tree on top of it.
Right over the genitals. You'll have wood forever.
In a casket, but a full body deep space burial, like Mr Spock had.
Put my body in a rocket. Push me out and I am naturally cremated upon re-entry.
Any feasible medical or scientific uses first, then cremation. I don't see the point of burial.
Buried because I'm fascinated with history and anthropology. I like watching documentaries involving excavating remains. However, the two places I'd want to be buried - London or my hometown of Absecon, NJ - won't exist in the far future due to rising water levels. So there's no point to my fantasy and it's left a waste. Instead, I want my body to go to medicine and science. Anything not taken can be cremated and my family can do with the ashes as they please.
What do you want done with your remains?
Decompose out in the woods
Bury me in the woods without the casket. Let my body give back to the earth for all that it has given me.
Yeah see...I want the tree thing...just don't burn me. Shove my body into a hole and plant the tree on top.
I don't care about being burnt after I die...I just see it as a waste of time.
Very cool. Thank you!
I don't want to take up any real estate. Too many people in the world.
Idc I'm dead,
I really don't know
Something to think about unless you're okay with your family deciding.
Cremated, I don't like wasting land for cemeteries
I always tell my husband he'll just end up in the kitty litter box.
Already did a pre-need for my wife and I. She's getting buried I'm getting cremated.
Burial at sea with a Jolly Roger draped over the casket.
I want the one that costs the least amount of money. The last thing I want to do upon my death, is leave loved ones with debt.
Donate your body to science like me!!!
Its my chance to be naked in front of a room full of college girls one last time.
Burial can be very expensive.
