Is it fair that people on a low-income budget are more prone and vulnerable to violence because of the limited communities/neighborhoods they have the option to live in?
There should be more protection of low income areas because they have a higher crime rate oftentimes.
Neither fair nor just. Something a just society might want to look deeper at, and see if there are ways to help.
Is life fair?
"Fair"? NO. Just? YES.
No, nor do I expect any number of things to be "fair." It is an indefinite and indefinable concept, attention to which causes countless woes.
