Are the outcomes of events predetermined and unchangeable, or do we control them?

You decide whether you have free will or not. Does it have any influence on the outcome, yes. Does it mean your free to make any choice, yes. Does it mean you will get anything close to what you desire in the first place, no it doesn't.

Neither? I don't think certain events are inevitable, because there are things such as random quantum fluctuations and the like, but I don't think we have free will.

Hard to say...I do tend to believe that while inside of time in the third dimension we feel everything moving forward, but outside of time everything has already occurred, and likely had occurred infinite times. In a way it is predetermined
