Is the current Republican Party for small government?
Yes. They say they are but under Republican administrations just as much or more money is spent.
They want the democrats to be gone yes.
The party as a whole isn't. There are a few members that are.
Yes. Small government cameras everywhere, and drones which leave small chance of survival.
Only on bumper stickers.
"I am for smaller government," is a meaningless and deceptive statement. If you can not identify the cost and the impact of eliminating specific programs you are not for "smaller government."
I am for the right size government to efficiently and effectively perform the tasks that the voters have determined to be needed.
Yes, for making certain parts of the government that help people that need help smaller. No for parts of the government that help grow the oligarchy and war machine.
More interesting, are republican voters for small government? I think trump is making it clear that many are fine with government so long as it's not for people they regard as undesirable.
I'm for small government. Not sure the party of small government is still true to its own mantra.
Power usually always corrupts.
They don't hate big government unless it's serving poor snd middle class people. If it's telling people how to live their private lives, or giving subsidies to the rich, they love big government.
They say that when running for office but then don't do anything about it in congress.
They don't know what the hell they're for.
No, that's why the Tea Party was formed.
