It is June 5, 1863, Gen. Longstreet's and Ewell's Confederate corps have moved out of the Fredericksburg, VA area. Today, Gen. A. P. Hill's corp has gone! Union Gen. Hooker stalled and it was too late -- Lee's army was gone. Lincoln wasn't amused!
