The 11 Presidential helicopters r set 2 b replaced by 21 VH-92's by the year 2023, DOUBLING the fleet! Cost per Helicopter, $206 MIL, with a total of $4.34 BIL! Does the U.S. need 21 new Marine One Helicopters or just replace the 11 already in use?
