Est R that btwn 2% & 8% of those accepting a plea 2 a felony R innocent. There's a huge risk 1 takes if tried by a jury. 10-20 yrs hang in the balance! 2%-8% seems small, but there R 1000's innocents w/ a felony hanging around their necks.
