I don't understand why some races feel they are discriminated against. They have the same opportunities as anybody else. College kids crying about injustice. Your in college, grow up. Connie Rice, Colin Powell, Obama. Did they cry or did they do?

I agree except for the fact that Powell and Obama used their race to advance themselves in life. Both support the racist policy of affirmative action.

Have plenty of college, but a lot of common sense and logic to know people of color make whatever they want of their life if they so chose. You may now return to your sanctuary space where no one can say mean things or disagree with you.

Simply because some people have overcome doesn't mean discrimination does not exist.

So I guess that means only certain people are capable of overcoming? I think if there was so much discrimination, there would be more law suits than the courts could handle. There are laws against it, right? There are judges and jurors of color, correct?

Yes. Some people don't have the drive or constitution to overcome.

Yes. There are laws against it, and there are suits.

Yes. There are people of color on juries. However, in a trial, usually each lawyer is able to strike a few jurors, so in a discrimination suit there may not be depending on jury makeup.
