Affirmative Action is a hot topic. Advocates say it allows minorities an equal chance, while those in opposition say AA forces companies to hire someone who isn't necessarily suited for the job. Which stance do you take?

I'm all for giving someone a leg up in life subject to two criteria: 1. They meet at least the minimum requirements for entry. 2. It's not based on skin color.

Anti-AA, but not for the reason you state, but because it is detrimental to those who receive AA and those who are passed by for AA.

Affirmitive action is racist. It's not equal opportunity when someone else gets hired over you because their skin color is different
