I wake up early on weekends just by routine. On the weekdays I usually wake up an hour or two early to have some time to myself before having to go into work.
I never sleep in unless I go to sleep past midnight. Even when I was a kid I was never able to sleep in. I think its because I see it as a waste of time.
No, because family members who always worked a full day don't do it. On top of that they get on the case of other family members that never worked a full day; so, no thanks to the American work ethic that proscribes "work if you want to eat," sleeping-in is largely frowned upon here even if you can afford to sleep in.
No. That would imply that either on other days I'm not getting enough sleep, or that I have the ability to sleep longer after I've had enough sleep, neither of which is correct.
The cat doesn't let me sleep in. She's old, half-blind, loud, and convinced that it's her prerogative to demand whatever she wants when she wants it and, as her slave, I am to comply immediately and without question.
"No", as in not as a rule. But, I DO infrequently like droppin' some Ambien, washin' it down with a quality Vodka, drawin' all the blinds closed, and lettin' light happen!🌞
