Have you ever tried dairy substitutes? Such as almond, soy, coconut, or rice based products?
If one *likes* them, good for you. Sorry, but all the added crap in them to make them palatable - too often - removes them from my list of "good for you" options. I've tried many times & varieties and, just no, thank you anyway. I just don't consume *that* much in dairy products to justify the additional cost for "not dairy" products.
None of the substitutes taste right in coffee, or on their own. I can stomach almond milk in cereal but that's it.
We only drink soy and almond milk.
I like chocolate soy just because it tastes better than regular chocolate
Vanilla flavored almond milk tastes awesome and has less fat than regular milk. Definitely a fan. :)
Coconut milk is really good for cooking Thai food although I've never used it for anything other than that.
Agreed. Delish in cereal.
