Get fresh ginger about three inches and the orange rind (peel) from one orange, preferably organic or otherwise not treated with pesticides. Cut the ginger into small pieces and mash them down a bit. Bring water to a low boil in a small pot and insert ginger pieces on low for 20 minutes. Add the orange peel and leave on low for 10 minutes. Add honey if you need to... And you will need it, trust me!

About 2-3 shots of Rock and Rye whiskey in a glass add honey and lemon juice. Warm in microwave, chug it. Crawl in bed under a couple of quilts and sleep tight.

First is it bacterial, or virtual........... Plenty of clear liquids, low to zero exertion, keep warm, try to feed it, to save nutrients and no dark liquids, bad for your urinary track, finally.......... rest and plenty of "Show Of Hands" to pass the time.......hope you feel better 😜.......

Honey is the best. Organic and raw if possible. Agave isn't the same so I don't know if it'll work.

Drink loads of fluids then go for a run. Alternatively, go to a sauna or someplace else to sweat it out.
