Most days I just don't have breakfast. No time. :( if I do have time I usually just get cereal. I try to sometimes make some eggs and bacons and waffles. But that's only on occasions.

Every morning I cook egg whites with lean sliced turkey, fresh mushrooms, onion, and green peppers, topped with monterey jack cheese. Add 1/2 cup plain oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon. Every day. Unless I am traveling for business and am at a hotel, I usually just get an egg white Denver omelet.

I'm awesum. Eggs, Turky bacon, scrapple, pancakes, waffles, toast, freshly squeezed oj by me, oatmeal, creamowheat, and hashbrowns. Then I sleep the rest of the day. It's summer..I'm sleepie..when I wake up I do it all over.

It's 3 espresso loaded with sugar and a cigarette - talk about a jumpstart :)
Red Bull if it's a hot day may be added.

Breakfast is my favorite meal to cool and eat. I enjoy reading the (actual) newspaper, eating and having a couple espressos in the morning and feel crappy if I miss it! I do work out beforehand though.

@FakeSound : yes, a late dinner is my main meal - it is said that makes you fat but I doubt it - if your intake equals your burn through base metabolism you break even, no matter when you eat.

I eat soup for breakfast nearly everyday. My coworkers think its weird. Just not a fan of breakfast food except bacon. Bad things would happen if I started eating bacon every morning.

My girl wakes up to a hot, long and thick sausage every morning.
