Meet Licho Escamilla. On 11/25/01, he got in a fight outside a nightclub in Dallas. Dallas PD Officer Chris James tried to break up the fight and Escamilla shot him twice, killing him. He's set to be permanently rehabilitated tonight in Huntsville.
