Have you ever stayed at a motel?
Sure. Lots of times. They're not all sleazy dirt pits.
Do yourself a favor and sometime visit Palm Springs and stay at one of the 60's style motels. Great fun with a group of friends.
Do the "No-tell motels" count? You know the ones where everyone checked in is named "Smith" and you pay by the hour.
Yes, and they're gross. No stone floors for me to sleep on, they clearly discriminate against wolves!
I used to stay at motels. Never again. I'm an Air B & B guy from now on.
Once. I cant stay in them, thats where some bad shit happened, and its a ptsd trigger.
aj I'm sorry :/
Thanks, means a lot have support. Id sleep outside before going into a motel again.
Motel 6 growing up! Now I work for a hotel management company and am spoiled with the great places we get to stay.
No, only at hotels.
Hotels yes, motels no.
I travel often for work.
Sure! They make the best memories :-)
Like that time I woke up in a motel bathtub missing a kidney
Does Motel 6 count? :)
Only motels 1-5, sorry
Used to do road trips nonstop. Now, especially with the wee one, we have to stay overnight.
Many times.. Motels, hotels, resorts, even a B&B once.
I have indeed.
With my cheap parents, of course, plenty of them
Quite a few. The hidden away old-timey non-chain ones are my favorites.
Same here! I just stayed at one last month. It was very nice
Of course, all kinds.
Unfortunately. I try to avoid them, but criss-crossing the nation on road trips makes it inevitable.
When I was very young, my parents managed one, so I have actually lived in one.
