Should the POW/MIA flag continue to be flown on government grounds?
Not really an issue. As a Democrat, and fairly liberal, I still don't see a problem.
Why is somebody offended?
Oh we must remove it and erase it from our memories because it may be tied to Nixon.
Oh wait, partisanship can only be accused against Republicans who disagree with Obama.
How can 20% of Dems say no... What goes through your heads
::do not miss the aggravation in my voice:: Yeesss 😡
There is no "racism" or whatever PC-panty-wadded-cry-baby "issue" is being whined about today. Ppl have far too much time on their hands to *daily* manufacture a heinous affront to occupy time.
They guy who wrote the article was a 60's liberal hippie, with a grudge against the government of the Vietnam era. He needs to grow up.
I'm a little more aggressive in my position on the matter, but yes, ^^^ this ^^^
Simple flow chart for liberal democrats.
Yes. > it's racist
Is it a flag?
No. > it's racist
Certainly saves a lot of time - but flowchart can be profoundly expanded to address myriad of manufactured social slights by ppl who simply need to grow up, move out of mom's basement, get a job, marry, start a family & stop being so self-centered.
I think you profoundly underestimate the simplicity of the liberal democrat's mind.
Yes and felt the Confederate Battle Flag you Wimps. 😎
Nice, now our government isn't going to support our prisoners of war and soldiers that went MIA. Thats so stupid. Why do we even bother with idiotic opinions like this?
The author makes some interesting and convincing points. I disagree with his conclusion, but it is an interesting opinion piece.
Of course, my policy is that only official entity flags should fly on government property (e.g. U.S flag, state flags, department or office flags), so I don't care a considerable amount if a movement evolves to bring it down.
Yeah. I didn't know how propagandist it was. I think I like the idea of only official flags on government grounds. Unless we fly ALL TEH FLAGS!!!!
Haha, I like the enthusiasm; either all teh flags or none teh flags!
