Bernie Sanders recently surpassed Hillary Clinton in a poll among likely primary voters, do you think Sanders will beat Hillary for the Democratic nomination?

At this point, I believe it is entirely possible a dead slug will be able to beat Hillary Clinton. Could be wrong about that, but given most recently events, her race may very well no longer be to the White House.

My money is on Biden. The real question is how does she exit with dignity.

Answer: it's too late for a dignified exit at this point. Someone else has suggested that she will "develop" a serious health issue of some sort & have to bow out of the race. That's *maybe* the closest way to do it.

But I predict, based on what has come out this evening, this whole thing hasn't even started to get ugly yet.

As soon as the media realizes she can't win, they will turn on her quickly. It won't be pretty. She has to get out before then.

It isn't just the media she has to be concerned about. What brought Nixon down were the *insiders* who decided to save themselves to whatever degree they still could & threw him under the bus.

Not to mention all the ppl she has stepped on over the years to get where she's gotten. She's made as many enemies as friends over the years. Maybe more. When they see blood in the water...

I just finished reading that Daily Beast article to my husband. It is *lethal*

Why does everyone think Bernie will win?

Cuz size crowds he's drawing. We all know POTUS campaigns are *entirely* popularity contests. (At least that's what one is lead to believe if you follow social-media-level politics - rather than policies/principles/values/history of candidates.)

I hope you're right. I can't imagine Hillary getting shunned out of the primaries unless she's in prison
