If he sincerely were to believe his nose is about to grow, then it would be a TRUE representation of his belief. Therefore, his nose wouldn't grow, but it wouldn't be a paradox because he really spoke his true feelings.
That is just a command, so his nosed wouldn't grow. But after it didn't grow and he said my nose grew. It would then grow.
