Do you get your health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield?
I have medicaid until the next two years because of my family's income. (if you're in college, you can keep your medicaid until you're 21... after that, I'm out and probably have to use my college's expensive insurance). :/
Only since obamacare. We had Magnacare before that.
BC/BS of Maine is my primary I also have Medicaid as a secondary
Medicare is Primary.
BC/BS of Ohio Secondary
I have Caremark for my medicine.
Mine is an Ohio Medicare Supplement.
Primary is Medicare and VA.
Supplemental is Anthem.
I get mine through Red Star of David Red Sword.
"Yes", Health, Dental, and Vision...
No i get mine from the government 😎🇬🇧
Republicans be like: "yeah, but I heard on Fox News you guys have to wait 276 years for a life-saving surgery!!!!!"
Lol, everyone knows thats not true ;)
Of course it's not true but my son-in-law had to wait a couple of days for a 5 minute appt in Glasgow.
Yeah, and... A few days isnt that bad
It's the only 5 minutes that's just wrong.
True, true. But we are European, we love bureaucracy and overcomplicating the simplest of tasks, it is in our nature along with imperialism and starting world wars
Used to but Obamacare forced us to switch.
But but but..... That can't be! If you like your plan you can keep it!
I think what he meant to say was you can't keep your plan but you can't tell everyone that.
Used to but the state switched to Cigna.
I'm sorry. :/
So far my family has been happy with them. Then again I hardly have any medical problems as with the rest of my family except my sister.
How did you know?!?
In 2 months we will...BCBS of Minnesota.
America should not be required to purchase health insurance. Ever since Obama Care my insurance has been higher than ever! Can't wait till 2017.
Mine went down because they had to stop charging me more for the condition known as having a uterus.
Yes Hillary care will be even better!
Yes through Alabama state employees insurance program PEEHIP it's bs and I hate both them and blue cross because they don't ever pay anything and it's utterly crap
Blue Shield HMO
I did, they were awful. Aetna is much better.
I switched from bcbs and now have Aetna, but it's been nothing but trouble 😵
Oh my gosh. No. Aetna is a company run by absolute imbeciles. There seriously is not a competent soul in that whole corporation. It is hell trying to get an answer out of them.
Maybe they changed a lot since I had them. I haven't been on Aetna in years. I was on my mom's policy until I turned 23. She wasn't complaining about them.
Aetna is the worst company they don't ever cover antibiotics
Yes, my retirement insurance.
I work for the company, it would be hard not to.
Anthem? Me too.
No, just Blue Cross. I still work for Arkansas, but I may consider trying to apply for Anthem here in Indiana. The distance is really hard since we moved.
2 of my kids work for BCBS of AR. I work for a co. based in AL, so have BCBS from there. I've had very few issues over the yrs & my husband has several chronic conditions. In 2015 he met his out of pocket max in Feb. They'll pay 100% until year end.
My husband has them and they are horrible, I end up on the phone with customer service and claims every time he uses his insurance! I have Aetna and rarely have any issues, usually when I do it's the providers fault not my insurance.
I used the PPO National plans for decades and never had any complaints. Now we are on my wife's stingy Aetna health savings plan. Boy do they bend us over on medicine costs.
Aetna is likely only blaming the provider because they can't take responsibility for their own errors (of which there are numerous!).
My husband was a NYC teacher so we have GHI.
Yes. I got on a new medicine recently and my doctor gave me four weeks worth of samples, saying it could take that long to get approved. I got a call from the delivery place the next day asking when they should ship it.
Last week i did ironically we changed just yesterday
I do, through my former employer. Other than BCBS giving out my personal information to anyone who knows how to connect to the Interweb, apparently, I have no complaints. They are the best of the dozen or so I have to choose from.
Most of my life I had BCBS. They raised our rates by 28% so my employer had to switch to United this year. I'm not happy, but I can afford it so I don't have much room to complain.
Yup. Through my employer.
(Technically still under my mom's but we work at the same place.)
Not since 2007 when I dropped them like a bad habit. They cost me just shy of $12K in fees, and then pestered me for 2 years after dropping them to come back.....
Not anymore, thankfully. They suck.
Glad I'm not in NC under BC/BS.
Yes. Most of my life I've been covered by BCBS.
Yes my Mom works there and from what I hear the executives really care about their employees and customers
I use Cigna. 🔖
I do. It's very good and cheap.
I did until 2 weeks ago
Yes, they have been my insurance provider for 27 years. They have served me well.
