Where people buy other peoples crap.
It was great in the early days. Person to person, bidding, and good deals on stuff you couldn't find anywhere else, and great to sell your things that another might want. Then businesses jumped in and ruined it. Now it's just another online store.
If you've ever been a seller on eBay you'll hate everything about them.
So true, buying is ok. As a seller the fees are crazy and thats the tip of the ice.
More of an amazon person
I think it's a good resource and absolutely has a purpose and a niche that it fills.
Never used ebay, so I guess I'm not a fan.
I buy stuff from eBay all the time. It saves me gas and I often get better deals then at retail stores. Now if they would lift that stupid ban on the confederate battle flag...
eBay is great for buyers, terrible for sellers.
I love buying but it's way too expensive to sell on there.
Shitty seller fee
Well, it's not that I'm NOT a fan, I've just never even visited the eBay's home website...
If there's something I really want, I find half the joy gettin' ready, going and getting it, checkin' it for quality, bein' out 'n' about. Do I need eBay?...
Not for that, but you might find it useful if you decide to sell any of your stuff & don't feel like having a yard sale. 😁
Hmm... That sounds like a decent idea! I have this JVC digital clock in my living room, in a glass-enclosed cabinet, under my TV that someone might like. I take METICULOUS care of everything I own! Oh, that clock also plays VHS tapes.😃
Yes, I use the app almost daily. Buy and sell darn near anything.
Pretty much how I made money in high school.
I'm a huge fan of eBay both as a buyer and seller! :)
Was a fan but they just announced they aren't partnering with PayPal anymore. So I'm not sure if I trust the site to be secure.
I use eBay all the time to buy tools. I just bought some snap on tools at more than a 50% discount of retail. Win/Win
Used to be but it's gone to crap like everything else
All about Amazon.
It's fine as long as you know who you're buying from. I don't buy a ton of stuff on there but they do have some good deals.
If they add the ability for sellers to give buyers neutral or negative feedback, I would become more of a fan.
They also have better prices than Amazon.
I don't use it nearly as much as I did 10 years ago.
Amazon all the way.
I use it a couple of times a year so I guess that makes me a fair-weather fan.
I want to buy at a set price, not mess with competitive bidding!
You can do both.
Any reason not to be?
High fees for sellers, good are cheap quality. Not a fan
I use it mostly for no tax and free shipping.
I used to be a true fan, but now...meh. It serves a purpose, like selling stuff without having a garage sale.
