Which web browser do you use most often?
On phone: Safari
PC: Microsoft Edge
Now that Windows 10 is out, I'm using Microsoft Edge. It's better than any browser I've used (including chrome) with the exception of not supporting extensions (yet).
As a developer, I like Firefox and Chrome best. The real stinkers are Internet Explorer, Opera, and Safari, in that high to low order of crappiness.
Got 32GB of ram, I'll stick with chrome
I go on Internet Explorer to play a certain game and god has it gone downhill. It freezes, and reboots itself. But I mainly use Chrome. That's gotten bad too. But then again my computer is dying a slow death
Chrome on pc, safari on mobile
I've given Chrome many chances but never fails to disappoint me each time.
Safari on my phone and chrome on the computer
This is a chart of different browsers and their popularity over the past 2 decades.
Midori is king. Nuff' said.
Waterfox! It's firefox's 64-bit cousin and is so much faster.
You have peaked my interest.... Of course all 64 bit means is it can eat your RAM.
FireFox is the bomb! :D
I hate chrome!!!!!!!
I would have been shocked if anyone used opera
Safari, since most of my web browsing is done on my phone or tablet. But on my laptop or work computer, I use Chrome.
I go back and forth between Firefox and chrome. Currently using Chrome more
(google it for laughs)
Chrome is the most versatile with extensions, speed, and functionality (eg saving PDF from websites). It does have questionable privacy.
Firefox, Waterfox, or Opera are the next best.
If you want ultra privacy, try Tor.
Tor is a pain in the ass and if you plan on checking your email or using social media it does nothing for privacy.
I assumed Firefox was more popular...
When I'm on my phone (which is Android), I use chrome. Desktop (which is Mac), safari. I like both but I prefer chrome
I've always been a Firefox guy. Not only do I prefer it over Chrome, but I don't like the idea of ANOTHER product in my life owned by Google.
Firefox is the only one worth using, in my experience.
The new Microsoft browser is pretty spiffy
Google is love, Google is life
Someone else knows about Tor! I don't use it because apparently the NSA targets Tor users.
The more who use it, the harder it is to track any individual user
Chrome's the best.
Been rocking edge since windows 10. It's blazing fast.
Netscape Navigator for all of my needs on all of my devices.
Netscape still exists? I'm surprised.
Chrome isn't light weight or necessarily too fast any more, I'm thinking about trying to find something else.
Chrome is the fastest right now.
Get with the times non-chrome users!
Opera for life :p
Chrome is slow and clunky. If slow is "with the times", then I'll live in the past.
Chrome is really only good for quick internet browsing. Anything like online programming you need to use another browser. I use Opera
Safari on mobile.
IE at work.
Chrome at home.
I've recently started using the new edge browser.
I have a brand new PC so I've been using Edge
I actually had a hard time answering this. At work, email works best in Chrome. One database best in IE. Another system best in Firefox. And I use Safari at home and on my phone. All I really knew for sure was that it wasn't Opera.
Lol at internet explorer.
A hybrid of chrome and opera
CHROME ON EVERYTHING
Krome is luv krome is lyf
I use Safari on both my MacPro and iPhone 6+. I love the integration, and with each new OS update, it gets more seamless.
Chrome. However Edge is looking very interesting. Currently my alternative browser is Firefox but I'll replace it with Edge once they iron out the bugs
I thought there were most of us Opera users out there. 😕
I do use Safari on my iPhone and iPad though, but Opera on the big screen. 📺
I'm pretty basic, it's Safari and Chrome for me.
Opera is really good
Since last Wednesday, I'd have to say my answer is Edge. :)
