When using sunscreen, what SPF level do you use?
I like to put sun screen on my glasses so I won't see things as they really are.
Sorry I'm in a conspiracy theory mood right now.
The container I have right now is SPF 45, but it must have been on sale, or the lowest SPF available when I bought it. There isn't much point to using anything over 30 - SPF 30 cuts out 97% of UVB, and I think SPF only ups that to 98%.
And if I remember right, SPF cuts 93%, so that's not bad either.
I recently found work as a solar installer / designer. I use a 30, but I rely on shirt sleeves more. It makes me sweat terribly, but sleeves don't slough off.
