Do you mentally and/or physically "plan out" your food consumption so as to save the "best" bite for last?
Not until I have about 4 bites left on my plate
Oh, you know I do!
Unfortunate consequence of OCD.
Almost always. I want the aftertaste to be a good one.
Nope. I eat my veggies to start with, mixing in protein as I go. Finish those before moving onto any carb that's served. Fill up on the healthy stuff first.
Life's too short to eat poorly.
Amen to that!
Gotta end the meal on a high note
Food is more satisfying when I'm hungry so I eat the best tasting portion first. I don't really plan it tho. It just happens.
Yes. Unless it's so good that I can't help but eat the best stuff first.
When I'm eating sushi, absolutely.
I definitely do. I like to savor those last few bites.
Depends what it is, but usually yes lol
I thought everyone did this
I prolly think about this too much, actually.
I'm trying to teach myself to leave the last bite on the plate.
I wasn't sure if people would even know what I meant.
Haha.. Yep, I think we all do :-)
YES! Sometimes I have a problem deciding. Note to self: Eat the french fry last next time.
I do tend to do that!
I like to make sure my final bites are a set of my combos on the plate, like one bite of each of three for example.
Nope, I'm not that patient. I eat "the best bite", first.
Me too. Plus, what if you're full by the time the saved bite is reached. Then you get an upset stomach from eating too much making the best bite the most regrettable bite. Very stressful eating is. 😉
