When NASA sends bacteria on Mars it's considered life on Mars but a 6 month fetus is not considered life. Do you think that should change?
That was just to show the hypocrisy, something that has that many human features and needs nutrition to survive is a human.
This is a bit of an oversimplification of the issue. There's a difference between life from a scientific perspective and human life from an ethics perspective.
We consider bacteria life, but a 6 month baby with a beating heart, lungs, liver, hands and feet is not considered life!!! HOW is that not a living thing?
It's a living thing but not a living person. You murder millions of bacteria every time you wash your hands. Do you feel bad about it?
