When you shave, do you go against the grain? I'm always afraid I will get nicked or irritated skin/hair if I do that.
I shave with the grain (with cream), then when I'm done, dry shave against the grain.
I found a solution. Don't shave.
Always shave with the grain first, then against. But I don't shave every day, but every other day.
I go down, then to the left, then to the right. I never go up.
No. Always shave down.
You get rid of a lot of hair going against
I don't shave :P
Take notes 😀
Lol i am 😂
With the grain first, then against the grain to get it closer. No pain.
Since I go both ways I said yes.
With the grain at 1st the against the grain.
Neck I go against, face I go with the grain.
I use a Norelco. Works fine for me against the grain.
If it burns try a light sprinkle of talcum powder.
It depends on what I'm shaving
It is the only way I can get a clean, smooth shave. But I also exfoliate the more gentle areas after shaving until the hair is back through the skin and moisturize anywhere not armpit so that probably helps.
If I shave against the grain, I'm miserable for the next two or three days.
