When traveling to a different time zone, do you find it easy to adjust your eating schedule or your sleep schedule to match the new time zone?
As soon as I board the airplane I set my watch to the time of my destination. I eat and sleep when my watch tells me to, making the adjustment easier.
I eat when hungry and sleep when tired. No problem.
When my family went to Washington DC we adjusted pretty quickly with the eating, having lunch at 9 something in the Las Vegas airport before heading on the next plane. I don't sleep at a consistent time anyways so that was easy too.
I'm in LA this week. I find it easy to adjust my eating schedule. Adjusting my sleep schedule is more difficult because I need to stay awake longer due to the time change.
I'll completely adjust my sleep schedule by Friday since I go home Saturday.
Welcome to LA. Do yourself a favor and head over to Pink's for lunch. The line may be a little long but it's an absolute must do.
That would more than likely be a dinner place. I'm working south of Culver City.
