Show of Hands

In parks in western NJ/eastern PA, huge families now flock in from NYC/Trenton each weekend and blast music, drink, park cars EVERYwhere, antagonize other parkgoers/neighbors, and leave trash and diapers all over. The cops won't help. Suggestions?
