Seattle isn't exactly having a good time with the $15 min. wage hike.

Brings ... hide your head and hope you can obscure the facts by impinging the messenger!

The real question is: why haven't cowardly leftist reported the truth about how horribly the law is affecting Seattle, even when it's not yet fully implemented?

Think I'm not hiding my head or impugning the message or messenger. I'm just showing the source as I often do. I imagine that if the storyline is true I can find it in the mainstream as well.

Brings ... however, if you've done this type of research (like many of the rest of us), you'd already know that absence of a story in the left stream does not mean the story is invalid.

All too often, the left stream won't cover stories that hurt.

We disagree here as is oftentimes the case. Lol.

A few things: Seattle's minimum wage is $11, on the way up to $15. It was $9.47 prior to that, so the jump up is about $1.50 per hour.

The businesses that have been closing, did so preemptively, before the new wage set in.

Seattle's housing costs are really high. The help that some people get on their rent, cuts their rent cost by more than their new raise. This isn't a problem with minimum wage. This is a problem with the housing market and assistance programs.
