What's your favorite game to play (not counting video games, computer games, and games on your phone)?
Cards against humanity, heads up, Catan, ticket to ride, agricola, bonanza, cheaty mages, geez....I could probably go on forever. Lol
Interesting...I haven't heard of most of those!
Monopoly. I also like to give out loans to people so i can get even more money from them.

I'd say it's a tie between Risk and Monopoly.

Hide the salami.
Oops, this isn't SOHAH.

Only when doing your mom. It's cavernous in there.
Hungry hungry hippos
Have you played the adult version? Looks fun!
Haha! Looks fun! I'd play!
Well it will be be me and momma having a grand time then. 😜
Well we need those scooters and a bunch of ball pit balls and some hampers...
The National Building museum has an exhibit called The Beach...they created an ocean of those balls in the museum. They're all white, but I could totally ninja in and steal those for our game. I'll work up a plan tonight.
They only allow whites? Is that what u said?
No, no, no. The balls are all white. 😛
Bridge, Cards Against Humanity and Strip Anything.
I like Scrabble, Cards Against Humanity, Cribbage, Monopoly.

Trivial Pursuit and the many flavors of trivia out there. Clue. Some others I'm not recalling.
I think my new favorite game is Cards Against Humanity.
That seems to be a pretty popular choice here!
Gin rummy, monopoly, backgammon.
Apples to Apples
I like games 8)
Bridge and trivial pursuit.
Twixt. Or Othello. But mostly Twixt.
Twixt...never heard of that one.
It's pretty great, but it never got as big as checkers or chess. I don't know why.
Chess. Classic that hasn't changed in 500 years
Cover Your Assets
Chuck the chicken!
I don't remember the name but there's poker type chips and you guess what card best suits the person whose turn it is. Then the person puts them in order of least to most. Players get the number of chips they got and the most chips win.
Cards against humanity and fiasco!

I used to love that one too, but nobody would ever play it with me either. I got it on my phone instead. 😊
I should do that
Card games and poker
Ninja, Psychiatrist, Sharks & Minnows, and Heroes and Villains. All of these games are physical games, and I'm pretty sure that these names are not the official names.
What are they like?
For Ninja, you pretty much have as much people try to "slice" someone's hand off using only 1 move. To start the game, we all huddle around in a small circle with our two hands together, yell out ninja, and jump to our positions.
You go clockwise or counterclockwise, but once someone "slices" both of your hands off, you're out.
As for Psychiatrist, www.partygamecentral.com/gametmpstd.php?gnm=408
Sharks & Minnows is like tag but much more difficult. You need a very large space to play this, and some people will volunteer to be sharks, while the rest will be minnows. The shark's need to tag as many people possible before the minnows make it
to the other side. Eventually, there will be more sharks than there are minnows, and that's when the fun begins. Last person standing wins.
Heroes & Villains is a game you play in the dark in a very large space with lots of room for hiding and running. Long story short, it's a hide and go seek game that is more intense, dangerous, and fun. Another difference is that you stick with
group at first, and the Villains will try to take you out one by one. The more people that play, the better.
That last one sounds especially fun!
Although my favorite with my kids were Sorry and Trouble.
Settlers of Catan (board game)
Loaded Questions!!! (It's a board game!)
Actually, I love playing most any board game! I also love playing card games like Rook & Uno!
Loaded Questions sound familiar.
You ruled out all I play.
Yes!!! Had to read all the answers to see if someone put this. I agree completely
It's the best. My dad taught it to me as a child and he was such a stickler for counting etiquette. I still always count the same way. 😊
My first brother in law taught me basics then father in law and wife's family taught me so much more
