Regardless of your personal feelings toward Sen. Ted Cruz, do you feel that him calling out Mitch McConnell on the Senate Floor is a positive example of leadership?
The truth is the truth.
YES! And about bloody freakin time!!! If you LIE to your fellow Congressional members & the people, SOMEONE should call you out & every freakin one of them should KNOW someone WILL! Every. Single. Time!!!
A person could spend from now until the general election calling out all the liars and deceivers and still not make a dent.
I think it's counterproductive. Sen. Cruz isn't helping and doesn't help GOP leadership. It also shows his weakness as a leader
You mean GOP followership.
Too many times people will let things slide because "it's not helpful" (whatever that means). Enough with the "playing nice with others" garbage. Take the gloves off and may the BEST MAN win!
Yes. It needed to be said. Americans, like Cruz, are disgusted with the performance of the Senate and House Republicans.
Come on Dems, he also praised Bernie Sanders.
What the hell are you taking about? Reps and Dems are only 6% apart?
36%Democrats 74% Republican is a lot more than 6%.
Only if showboating is an example of good leadership.
McConnell is a partisan, big government, pork barrel, back door dealing weasel scumbag. I'm thrilled that someone from his own party called him out. My opinion of Cruz just increased several notches.
Good! He's my guy!
It was due. I also liked how Cruz out trumped Trump with the ICE Director earlier in the week! Trifecta when after inviting the pro-Iran deal Code Pink leader to a debate over the Iran deal and getting her to admit the deal was indeed bad. Awesome!
Absolutely! You know, it's still early, but the more I see of Sen. Cruz, the harder it is for me to not throw up the Cruz 2016 flag....
I already have! Glad to see you two coming aboard! 😃
