Are you good at grilling food?
I prefer open fire wood grilling
I can cook gourmet meals on open fire. Stuffed smoked tenderloin, peach cobblers, bacon wrapped cream asparagus stuffed chicken, and grilled veggies are some of my favorites.
That bite of smoke just makes food better
I have a Kalamazoo tri-fuel grill.
It has a wood tray were you place the wood in the drawer turn on the gas to get the wood burning then shut the gas off for wood fire grilling.
I don't do meats. That's my husband's forte...
I can brown hamburger/sausage and that's about it. Everything else grosses me out.
Burning is my specialty....
Yes...brats, steaks, beef and pork tenderloin, brats, cheeseburgers, beef Kababs, short ribs, vegetables, cedar plank salmon, turkey, brats, corn on the cob, BBQ chicken, beer-in-the-butt chicken, brats...but no pizza.
After seeing your list, I'm changing my vote to "no". Lol
Steaks I'm not the best at, due to lack of practice. Other than that, I'm good. Did pizza last night.
I never grilled a pizza. Isn't it supposed to be oven baked, or microwaved if you are a yuppie?
:) Nice on the Yuppie.
On a pizza stone, it is oven baked essentially. Our AC blew a fuse and It was just too hot to bake it inside. With proper charcoal, it can add flavour.
Yes. The secret is never grill without a beer.
That sounds just like my dad.😂
I ran a hotdog stand for three years, so I probably am :)
