Are you happy with your body?
my body... Not my face
Omg! Please tell me you're a female. If you're that tiny and a male, you need to eat!
Smokin' hot - so yes but I'm always working on even better
Smokin' hot - so yes but I still always work for better.
How are Americans so ignorant to basic anatomy?? Sorry you had part of your dick chopped off, but I'm not Jewish.
I gained 10-20 lbs in effin TN! Gotta go lose it!
My wife became a vegetarian & does all the cooking, so 6 days a week, I'm a vegetarian too, that helped. I ride my bike for 1 hour 5 days a week, do some simple weight lifting 4 days. Play basketball on Mondays and Ultimate Frisbee on Saturdays. I keep track of calories w/ the LoseIt App.
I lost 20 pounds but I need to keep going!
How did you do it? :D
Dammit Jim, you're a man!
Keep it up! That's awesome
I feel I could change my lifestyles a bit. xD
Easy, breezy, beautiful, cover girl
Describes me pretty well
Why thank you
I'm soooo happy with my body! I just joined my high school track team, and I have earned flat abs! can't wait for summer :)
Right there with you!
I wouldn't say that I'm happy with my body, but I'm not unhappy with it either.
I need more muscle mass lol. I'm 6'1 and 140 pounds. Little muscle lol
I'm 5'9 and weigh 140. I finally got down to less than my pre-pregnancy weight and now I'm pregnant again lol. But I'm a stick :( I need meatttt lol
I eat meat because I like to eat meat. Not because of how it's processed.
Hungry For Change
Fat, Sick And Nearly Dead
lol. the age filter says it all.
I prefer to say I'm comfortable in my own skin.
That's all that matters
Cane, I'm 5'3 and was 155 but am now 135 due to illness. I'm curvy but my doctors have said I should GAIN weight based on my BMI. How strange. Although these suggestions may be related to other personal health factors.
6' 2" & 200 lbs of loveliness!
Doctors' weight charts calculate BMI by height and weight. But it's merely an estimate, not an accurate BMI diagnosis. Muscle is heavier than fat. And really, the important thing is that you're healthy.
I have stretch marks on my thighs from puberty so deep they'll never go away. Or as I like to pretend, I got in a fight with a grizzly and won. He's now a rug named Gus.
I recently read an article where a woman wanted to tell her younger self to always appreciate and love her body bc she's gonna end up looking back as she gets older and wanting what she had. I try to remember this everyday. I love my body and have been trying not to be so critical.
Thankfully my brain works overtime. :-)
I have an excellent liver and fine kidneys for sale in exchange for one like-new pre-used stomach and working condition intestines.
U go girl! :-)
Jinkies scoob. Hope your mind is sharp. Medical science may not be able to do much refurbishing, but don't let em mess with your noggin
It usually executes commands, maximizes visual input, and occasionally uses verbal pleasantries to receive replenishing sustenance.
So yeah, it's performing as intended.
Save for some acne.
Getting much closer! Down almost 40 lbs in almost a year. Kids #3 was a bad for my work out schedule. It took until she was 1.5 to be able to work out again. Now to just tone up a bit more...
I'd say right now I'm about 96% happy with my body, which is a great improvement from last years 70%. I've always been at a very healthy weight but for a while I had pretty low self esteem.. I'm proud to say it's improved!
My body hates me. Between a genetic ligament defect, several life-threatening allergies, spinal degeneration, and a weight problem, I'm thinking there should be some sort of lemon law that applies here. If I'm this messed up at 30, lord only knows how my body will be at 60.
Not sure what the docs chart is based on. BMI? Regardless, it's got to be off.
At 185# I would blow away if some sneezed in my direction.
Glad I'm not the only one who called shenanigans.
I was a lot happier with it 50 years ago.
In great shape, but need to add 5 more pounds...I just can't get there.
Ok, thanks. I just learned about this in health class, apparently they didn't think any of us were so obese it was fine to lose more. :)
I can relate too. I'm 6' and at one time I was 155, the weight some doctors think I should be at, and I was diagnosed with an eating disorder back then because I was so thin and I was trying to lose more weight in an effort to be "healthy" and be happy with my body.
Not to mention that voting on this app is online, not in person. You have no idea if the people voting can walk, talk, or live comfortably.
No that that has much to do with being happy or not with your body.
I'm 5 ft 9 and weigh 134 lbs. I cant get any thinner than that.
Join the Marines. Spend two weeks in the desert with little water to wash. Then see what happens. Welcome to adult circumcision.

I'm sexy and I know it;
A wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle
