Show of Hands

Despite a local noise ordinance, my neighbor has been playing the Muslim call to prayer from a loudspeaker in his yard at 4:30a, 6, 1:30p, 5:30, 9, and 10:30p. I can hear it clearly in my home. Does asking him to stop constitute religious bigotry?
