Regardless of what gender pronouns ("he", "she", etc.) one uses to describe Caitlyn Jenner, should people who deliberately call Caitlyn Jenner "Bruce" also, for consistency's sake, deliberately call John Wayne "Marion" and Gerald Ford "Leslie"?
