With it's conquest of the city of Palmyra, Daesh now controls more than half of Syria, about 36,680 square miles. Daesh may put the ruins in Palmyra, a 4000 year old UNESCO World Heritage Site, at risk. Should the US push Daesh out of Palmyra?
