Do you make check-lists to keep track of things you need to get done?
I make them but almost always lose them before I get any done.
I always make them but i never stick to them
This is a question which one choice should be "sometimes".
I make them, but never follow them. Effective, yes?
Omg I would lost without my to do list, I use the check list on my iPhone and god help me if I ever lose it.
I have a paper planner and I use my calendar!
Yes but not that it works half the time. :)
if I don't I'll forget
Dawl exactly what I'm talking about, however I'm not a natural blue nor do I surf the jellies.
No, but I should. I usually make a mental note.
I make check-lists, only if the number of things I need to do, exceeds my capacity to remember. (Usually around two 'things'!) I usually use digital "Post-it" notes.
For certain things. I make a grocery list because I forget half of what I need if I don't. I also make lists before trips or holidays but for every day stuff, not usually.
Forgot to say I color-code stuff on the lists too...
I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one. I think.
Haha I've done that too Susan!
Been there. Done it too. Even more sick, I've typed it into an iPhone app To-Do list, just so I could delete it. Not even any record that it happened. Oh, the shame.
It helps a lot that I have a teen who lives with me. ????
P. Sherman 42 Wallaby way...
Oh it's sick - if it wasn't on my list and I did it, I must write it down so I can cross it off.
Long term memory luckily. Like to thank the military for that!
No my wife will nag me about them. I mean remind me of them.
It's on my to-do list.
I don't find my iPhone simple to use for organizing. It sounds like you do.
No. But I should, lol
Was there a reason for your question, EarlyBird?
I really didn't mean to write $6. It's not. My 2.5 year old grabbed my phone.
I LOVE the app Paperless. I can sync it with my husbands phone and the iPad $6
Nope. Like I need another thing to do.
Sometimes, it just depends on how much I have on my "to do plate"
I also like how I can access them via iCloud on other computers.
Do I make them? Yes. Do I ever remember to look at it while getting stuff done? Nope.
FIAT, I don't know much about Google Glasses yet - just haven't taken the time to learn - but it sounds like the potential is huge. And yeah, it would be refreshing to have something entirely new. I'm sort of hoping for something to plug into a socket in my brain.
Post-it's are my best friend. when the task or reminder is done you crinkle it up and throw it out!
I like how it syncs between idevices. evernote is more powerful tho.
I don't, but I should
I make lists of my lists--still doesn't keep me organized!
Yup - there's an app for that :)
If its not on a list it's lost in space
No check list for me to keep, the wife is the only check list I need and lets me know about it.
This is true
I am the queen of lists. I have a to do list on my phone, computer, iPad, wall, bathroom mirror, and one in my pocket that is currently 7 pages long, not long term either, all stuff that needs to be done by the end of the week. I would be lost without it. I should probably get off SOH actually...
Not dumb at all! In fact, the total opposite. I like to just cross out; it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I don't get everything done.
Regularly.....then I lose them.....
My notes app is stuffed. Like 2,000 notes. Probably only 60 of those are to-do lists. The standard Notes app is AWESOME!!!
This is why I think Google Glasses might give Apple a run for their money. There are so many things (such as in-yo-face notifications) Google Glass could do incredibly well. Much better than a handheld device in fact. [Yes I said "yo" instead of "you"]
Me? No way! I always remember everything!.... What was i saying?
yes, but they still don't get done :(
In my head yes. I use to write things down, but idk, I stopped doing that.
I use my phone calendar and to do app for reminder. I use the Kroger app for grocery lists. I use that because I can also select electronic coupons they offer on it. The e-coupons are automatically put on the shopping list.
