Show of Hands

On this date, 1836, an army of 900 Texians led by Gen. Sam Houston and Col. Mirabeau Lamar defeated Santa Anna's army of over 1300 in broad daylight. Losing only 9, the Texians captured Santa Anna and ended the Texas Revolution.
