During the '80's, the U.S. supplied weapons to the Afghan mujahideen, helped Saddam Hussein obtain chemical weapons which he used against Iran and the Kurds and we shot down an Iranian commercial airliner. Was the U.S. a State Sponsor of Terrorism?
