On 9APR15, after a wild chase, a horsethief is tasered & stunned for 2 minutes as about 5 deputies kick him 17 times, punch him 37 times, baton struck him 4 times (13 blows appeared to be to the head) & wait 45 minutes to get him to the hospital.
