The UK Parliament meets in Westminster, the Scottish Parliament in the Holyrood, the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff, and the Northern Ireland Assembly in Stormont. Should citizens of these boroughs/cities be unable to vote for voting MP's, MSP's, etc?
