Meet Manuel Garza. On 2/2/01, a San Antonio Police Officer was attempting to serve an outstanding warrant against him. Garza resisted, grabbed the officer's firearm, and killed him. He's set to be permanently rehabilitated tonight in Huntsville, TX.
