Show of Hands

Ernie is on his deathbed, in a coma, and will die any minute. Short of a miracle, there is no possibility he will make a recovery. Bert, driven by years of pent up anger, smothers Ernie with a rubber ducky, killing him. Is this murder or euthanasia?
