Twice... First time for an unpaid speeding ticket (single mom at the time) officers were nice enough to let me take my car and child to a relative. (I was cute & told them about the warrant. Second time.... If I could do over I would have made it much more worth the trip

No but when I was 7, my dad put me in a jail cell for a few minutes to show me what would happen if I broke the law. Scared the hell out of me lol

Yep, but never spent more than a half day in jail(s) and never got sent to prison. There are simple rules for staying out of jail. Be polite. Be humble. Get the best lawyer you can get. If he or she cannot get you out of jail before sun up your lawyer is NOT the best lawyer you can get.

Wait, now your counting play? Well then in that case, I've made so many arrests (and been arrested so many times) before 10 years of age that I lost count. I've even been the lawyer and the judge too. But that doesn't count… Come on ;)

The officer that arrested me said I should've called a cab or slept in the passenger or back seat with my keys in the glove box.

Ye, I know in OH you can be charged for riding a bike drunk. You can also be charged with public intox for just walking home drunk.

All these comments make me feel like a good girl. I did get talked to by a cop for "harassing" a mentally challenged 18 year old when I was 9. I wasn't harassing him though, I was letting him know his shoe was untied and he didn't believe me. Lol

I don't like drinking and driving at all. But we go out on the sand dunes and you'll see people so drunk they can hardly walk riding three wheelers and quads all over the place. Those are called job security for my daughter whose a RN. Or for another friend who's an undertaker.

in many states, any wheeled device is grounds for a DUI. A skateboard, roller blades, bike, you name it.
people get DUIs for sleeping in their cars. you have to hide your keys OUTSIDE of your vehicle. otherwise, you will be arrested.
