Meet Kent Sprouse. On 10/6/02, he had car trouble. When a Good Samaritan couldn't fix it, Sprouse shot and killed him along with responding Police Officer Harry Steinfeldt III. He's set to be permanently rehabilitated tonight in Huntsville, TX.
