Best way to lose weight is to watch (blank) you eat.

I've heard of people that try to cut carbs to lose weight. Can someone explain how? Any normal seems to contain some sort of grain. Grain = bread = carbs

I changed my diet in the last 2 months by sticking mainly to fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish, poultry and some red meat. I lost some weight, my blood pressure dropped 28 points, my eye doctor said my vision improved (?) and I feel so much better.

You can eat almost anything if you limit the amount.

Both, but the bottom line is still pretty much caloric content. You can cut out some types of food that make weight loss harder, but you can still eat enough calories of what's left that you won't lose, or might gain more. It's a multi-factored

problem, but what seems to work best is a combination of both of those approaches.
