If you could vote for a law or ruling you very much like to be enacted but it comes with a rider / bylaw you oppose, though not as strongly, would you vote or abstain?

I answered vote, but it depends what the rider is. If important enough my vote could be no.

This is a major problem we need to have fixed. There needs to be no riders. Every bill should be only one thing with nothing added on. Vote on each issue separately.

I'd vote. Since the main ruling is more important to me, I'd grudgingly accept the bylaw.

Really it depends on the rider. I've voted both ways before.

I agree. Allot depends on what the other issue is. If it was a big deal to me, I might be able to overlook it, but if it's an issue that's important as well, & I disagree with it, then I would totally vote no...
