The law is that you come to a complete stop behind the Stop sign. Do you or do you stop at the end of intersection?
It depends on how well I can see from behind the sign.
I don't drive, so I can't answer for myself. But as a pedestrian, I can attest to the fact that many people stop right in the pedestrian crosswalk, making it difficult to cross the street, especially at a very busy intersection. Especially if they're
looking the other way, so you can't even tell if they see you trying to cross.
On the rare occasion I fully stop, it's at the edge of the intersection/crosswalk. But most times I execute a California stop 😁
